Our super chef is Craig Sampson, who joined the team in January 2008.  Craig has previously worked in pubs & restaurants across the county.  He's from Sleaford and although has only been in the trade for 3 years is producing tasty, attractive modern food.

When not attached to the grill, Craig enjoys golf, fishing and snowboarding.
